Frequently Asked Questions

For liquid ammonia and ammonium nitrate, we use carbon steel (IS 2062) tanks with special design considerations for the product. For liquid NPK and micronutrient solutions, SS 304 or SS 316 is used depending on the chloride content. FRP tanks are used for some acidic liquid fertilizer formulations.
We supply rotary drum dryers from 100 kg/hr to 5,000 kg/hr evaporation capacity for fertilizer granule drying. Drum diameters range from 0.6m to 3m with lengths from 4m to 20m. Dryer design is based on the inlet moisture content, required outlet moisture, product bulk density and heat source available.
Yes, we design and supply complete dust collection systems including pulse jet bag filters, cyclone pre-separators, screw conveyors for dust recovery and exhaust fans for fertilizer granulation, drying and bagging operations. Our systems achieve outlet dust concentrations below 50 mg/Nm³.
