Yes, we design and fabricate ASME Section VIII Division 1 certified pressure vessels for refinery and petrochemical service. We provide complete ASME documentation — U-stamp, manufacturer's data report (MDR), material certificates, weld procedure qualifications and hydro test records.
We supply MS and SS storage tanks designed to API 650 (welded tanks for oil storage) and API 620 (large welded low-pressure storage tanks) standards. These include floating roof tanks, fixed roof tanks and internal floating roof tanks for petroleum storage.
TEMA R is the most stringent class of TEMA standard for heat exchangers, designed for severe refinery and petrochemical service. It specifies heavier wall thicknesses, larger tube sizes, more robust construction and more conservative allowances compared to TEMA B (chemical service) and TEMA C (general commercial). TEMA R is required for high-temperature, high-pressure and fouling services typical in refineries.
