Jacketed Batch Reactors

The jacketed batch reactor is the most commonly used reactor type in the pharmaceutical and fine chemical industry. Our jacketed reactors are available in SS 316L, Hastelloy C-276, Hastelloy C-22, Inconel and titanium for highly corrosive applications. Jacket options include half-pipe limpet coil for high jacket pressures, dimple plate jacket, conventional jacket and internal coils.

Glass-Lined Reactors

Glass-lined (enamel-lined) reactors provide the chemical resistance of glass with the mechanical strength of steel. They are used for reactions involving strong mineral acids, organic acids, alkalis and chlorinated solvents where SS would be attacked. We supply glass-lined reactors compatible with Pfaudler, DeDietrich and Thaletec specifications.
