Every vessel undergoes rigorous quality checks \u2014 material inspection, WPS/PQR qualified welding, NDT, radiographic testing, dye penetrant testing and hydrostatic testing at 1.5\u00d7 design pressure before dispatch.

Frequently Asked Questions

We manufacture pressure vessels from 50 litres to 50,000 litres. For larger capacities, we can fabricate in sections and assemble on-site. Custom sizes outside this range are also available on request.
Yes. We provide complete IBR documentation including Form IIIA/IIIB, material test certificates, TPI reports, hydro test certificates and all drawings as required by the Indian Boiler Regulation.
We offer internal Ra \u2264 0.4\u00b5m electropolished, Ra \u2264 0.8\u00b5m mechanically polished (mirror), and Ra \u2264 1.6\u00b5m matt finish. External finish options include dull polish and PU insulation with SS cladding.
Standard pressure vessels take 3\u20136 weeks. Jacketed vessels with agitators take 5\u20138 weeks. IBR-approved vessels may take longer due to TPI scheduling.
Yes, we export to GCC countries, Southeast Asia and Africa. Export vessels can be manufactured to ASME, PED or customer-specified standards with CE marking.
